White Sage Smudge Stick

Used for space clearing and clearing energy. 

Directions: 

Firstly open a window or all the windows ready for the negative energies you don’t want to leave through the open window or door. It is also a good idea to de-clutter and give a little tidy in preparation for the cleanse. 

Now it is time to set your intention for your cleanse. You may like to set up an alter with your crystals, bowl for the smudge stick and any other additions. Light a candle, close your eyes and set your intention as you are lightning your smudge stick. Allow it to burn for 20 seconds before gently blowing out the flame. You are ready to cleanse your space. 

Move through your space, smudging each corner of each room, in cupboards and shelfs. You can also use a feather to guide the smoke into the right directions. Once you have finished rub your sage in dirt, sand or concrete to dispel the smoke. Return to your alter and give gratitude for your healing. 

Once your space is cleansed it is a beautiful idea to fill it with love. Spray with a mist spray or pop some flowers in a vase.
